So the opening was wonderful and I wanted to thank all of you who came out to see the new space! I am so sorry that I have not posted immediately following – I actually started feeling ill that night (a sore throat) and a nasty cold or something took ahold of me since then! I have tried to keep up with phone calls and e-mails so I do apologize if I have somehow let something fall through the crack!
Dave took some pics of the opening and as soon as he sends me a few, I will get them posted. I am looking forward to hosting some more events at my space and would love for you guys to keep in touch with me about that.
Now, BACK TO WORK!!!

I have talked and e-mailed with so many of you that I am hoping for a great turn-out! The studio has come together and I am in love with my new shooting space! I wanted to take some pics today as I was running around, but I got started on a re-upholster job and ugh! Tonight I will be printing the images to hang and trying to get last minute items squared away.
My Godiva order is placed and will be awaiting pick-up tomorrow morning (yum). If my pictures and personality don’t get you out there, the chocolates will! Security guard Steve will be manning the door and will be happy to point the way. Please also be sure to sign-in with your name and address so that I can give everyone a proper thank you later.
The address once more is 502 E Ross. Ave., Tampa, 33602. Please park in either the side, ungated parking lot, Ross Ave. or one street North of Ross on the North side of the building.

I have received so many compliments about my new pendant, it is a wonderful way to display your images of your baby – children – pets – anything photographed by my studio! It is a mini tile with an image embedded on it – single or double-sided – with sterling silver findings. Here is an image of my piece (value – $175):

So my baby turned 4 yesterday! What a big boy – I am starting to miss the little-ness that my kids used to be once. My son is still small enough to have the little hands and kissable toes, but not for long. Time certainly does slip away from us and before you know it, they will be off to college. Here is my baby boy on his day (and BTW, thank you to the gals at Olympia for a great Spiderman birthday cake!!!):

So. May has snuck up on me and I am paddling out into the big waves! My first postcard should be hitting the streets as I type this and I have been running crazy to get my new space ready! I can’t wait to see all of you – I would like to celebrate with a chocolate and champagne theme.
Please be sure to RSVP, as I will (hopefully) have a door guy at the entrance. It is an artsy evening with many Tampa folks who will be in attendance.
